Admission Process

Admission to long term care is mandated by the Province of Ontario.  Home and Community Support Services is tasked with coordinating the assessment and placement of clients seeking placement
into a long-term care centre in the Hamilton area.

Request an Eligibility Assessment for Placement and advise them that Parkview Nursing Centre is your first choice.
